Schedule Appointment
In-House Consultation
This will be a discovery meeting to discuss project scope, clients needs, budget and establish project parameters and goals.
Quote with Preliminary Design
We will provide you with a preliminary design and a present a comprehensive quote. We’ll walk through the quote with you and answer any questions.
Design Revisions
Revisions allow you to explore your options. We will guide you toward a design that maximizes your investment and makes the most of your space.
Project Acceptance
You’ve signed your contract and you’re ready to prepare for construction. We will finalize construction drawings and project schedule.
Select Materials & Permit Process
We will walk through the material selection process with you, showing high-quality material within budget. Secure HOA’s, city approvals and permits.
Project Schedule Approval
We will draft a working project schedule. Taking into consideration the project scope and organizes our crews as needed.
Project Construction
Construction Begins! We will install dust and floor protection. You will coordinate with the lead project manager on-site.
Project Completion
Complete final walk-through with Client. We will refine details to client satisfaction if necessary. Enjoy your new updated space!
Warranty
We will present you with your product warranties and manuals. Your warranty period starts at this time.
